Mmarq is a study of architecture and engineering with great experience in all the fields that covers any type of project, always looking for the personalized treatment and adapted to the specific needs of the client. Pilar Martí and Carlos Muñoz lead the group of professionals and collaborators that make up the mmarq study.

We manage the whole process, from the design to the construction of the ideas that our clients want to carry out, having the technical and professional means that are required and the steps that are necessary to bring them to fruition. We put all our efforts and talent to give back to society the best professional practice in our country.

Architect, by the School of Architecture of Valencia, and final project of race realized in Politecnico di Milano graduated with honours.

Since 2000 she has worked as an architect, developing works of various kinds (architecture, interior design, urbanism, …) within the free practice of the profession and in collaborative projects with other architects and professionals.

Of the beginnings of his professional career, he emphasizes the period of collaboration in the study of architecture of Cino Zucchi, realizing projects in Milan and Venice.

Later he worked in AEPO S.A.-Acciona, in Madrid, being relevant the works of technical assistance in the airport of Barajas.

In 2003, he joined Tomasllavador Arquitectos, being responsible for the design and execution of building and urban planning projects, both in Spain and in Italy. These include the development of several school centers in the Valencian Community, the 32nd America’s Cup Masterplan, the IFA Extension Project, the La Spezia Waterfront Masterplan, the urban planning and revaluation of Piazza della Visitazione in Matera, Italy, resulting the last winners of international competitions.

It develops its work in Proger engineering as architect project manager, simultaneously in mmarq-architecture and engineering, with projects of new work, rehabilitation and reform of houses and historical buildings, being specialized in urbanism and the singularity of the interventions in historic huts and in the garden.

Construction Engineer and Technical Architect by the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Judicial Expert, Appraiser, Expert in Rehabilitation and BIM Specialist applied to rehabilitation.

More than 19 years of experience in large public and private works throughout Spain, including the Actiu Technological Park in Castalla and Lluís Vives Business School in Paterna working in Tomas Llavador architects – engineers as Project Manager , Simultaneously with his liberal professional activity, being able to complete his trajectory with the realization of residential projects, in the scope of both new work as in reforms and rehabilitations.

In 2012 he founded mmarq architecture-engineering, carrying out projects of new work, interior design, rehabilitation and reform of buildings both public and private throughout the whole of the peninsula and Balearics, among which we can highlight the Rehabilitation of building For the Ministry of Labor in Palma de Mallorca, the Rehabilitation of the King’s Palace in Avila and the Rehabilitation of Palacio de los Vázquez in Ciudad Rodrigo.
